Job summary

Wood is actively seeking an Offshore Site Supervisor to lead offshore crews on a brownfield Oil & Gas EPCM contract, based in Perth, WA. The role involves 3:3 FIFO roster with 12-hour shifts, overseeing maintenance and project activities in a dynamic offshore environment.

Reporting to Offshore Superintendent, you will ensure safe, efficient execution, maintain schedules and coordinate with client and Wood stakeholders. Relevant offshore leadership experience and certifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading offshore teams in Oil & Gas, LNG, FPSO or FLNG environments.
• Proven ability to deliver safe and efficient outcomes in live offshore facilities.
• Strong commitment to HSE principles and process safety leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise offshore personnel and contractors to deliver maintenance and project work safely and efficiently.
• Promote a strong safety culture through compliance with Permit to Work, Isolation Management, SIMOPS and client HSE requirements.
• Coordinate daily work activities, resources, materials and offshore logistics to meet operational priorities and project schedules.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with approved procedures, engineering standards and quality requirements.
• Monitor work progress, provide daily reporting and address schedule or resource constraints.
• Liaise with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and client stakeholders to ensure successful execution of offshore work scopes.
• Mentor and support team members while fostering a collaborative offshore workforce.
