Job summary

Monadelphous Group in Perth seeks an experienced offshore maintenance professional to coordinate mechanical maintenance, shutdowns and campaigns. You will work with clients, offshore operations teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, timely execution and robust reporting.

The role requires offshore travel, a mechanical trade or engineering qualification, and proven experience in oil & gas shutdowns. SAP/CMMS familiarity and strong safety focus are essential.

• Develop and review work packs, job plans, risk assessments and execution documentation.
• Support workforce and subcontractor planning to ensure project readiness.
• Coordinate materials, specialist equipment and vendor services.
• Monitor shutdown progress and provide ongoing execution support.
• Deliver technical guidance and mechanical expertise to offshore teams.
• Utilise SAP and maintenance systems to manage work orders and reporting.
• Champion a strong safety culture in line with Monadelphous values.

About the Role

Based in our Perth office, you'll act as the critical link between clients, offshore operations teams, subcontractors and internal delivery personnel to ensure the safe and successful execution of offshore mechanical maintenance and shutdown activities. Regular offshore travel will form part of this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate offshore mechanical maintenance, shutdown and campaign activities.
• Develop and review work packs, job plans, risk assessments and execution documentation.
• Support workforce and subcontractor planning to ensure project readiness.
• Coordinate materials, specialist equipment and vendor services.
• Monitor shutdown progress and provide ongoing execution support.

What You'll Bring

• Mechanical trade qualification, engineering qualification or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong offshore maintenance experience within oil & gas.
• Proven experience coordinating shutdowns, turnarounds or campaign maintenance activities.
• Solid understanding of maintenance planning and work pack development.
• Experience using SAP or similar CMMS systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and team coordination skills.
• Ability to travel offshore as required.
• Offshore certifications such as BOSIET, HUET, MIST and MSIC are highly regarded.
