Job summary

Airswift is seeking an Offshore Integrity Coordinator for a 6-month contract in the Timor Sea offshore. The role focuses on safe, efficient maintenance delivery, CMMS workflow management, anomaly reporting, and continuous improvement aligned with regulatory and company standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in maintenance/integrity roles within oil and gas, offshore facilities experience, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills to support reliability and HSE performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in maintenance, integrity or operational support in oil & gas or similar industrial environments.
• Experience coordinating maintenance activities and managing contractors in an offshore/operational setting.
• Experience on offshore facilities including FPSOs and offshore production assets.
• Experience supporting integrity reviews with engineering, maintenance and facilities teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance execution and asset integrity activities offshore.
• Supervise and coordinate contractor performance to ensure safe, compliant, and quality delivery.
• Manage CMMS workflows, work orders, and anomaly reporting.
• Contribute to reliability improvements and regulatory/compliance alignment.
• Communicate effectively with multi-cultural offshore teams and stakeholders.

Job Title: Offshore Integrity Coordinator Duration: 6 months contract (likely to be extended to 12 months) Schedule: 3/3 Location: Timor Sea (Offshore)

This opportunity is based in a technically demanding offshore operations environment, supporting maintenance execution, asset integrity, and contractor coordination across offshore production facilities. The role is focused on safe and efficient delivery of maintenance activities, CMMS workflow management, anomaly reporting, and continuous improvement aligned with regulatory and company standards. This position offers the chance to contribute directly to operational reliability, HSE performance, and offshore asset integrity outcomes.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, integrity, or operational support roles within the oil and gas industry or similar industrial environments.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating maintenance activities and managing contractors in an operational environment.
• Experience working on offshore facilities, including FPSOs and offshore production assets.
• Experience supporting maintenance, reliability, and asset integrity reviews in collaboration with engineering, maintenance, and facility management teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of maintenance management systems and work management processes.
• Advanced CMMS user experience, including preparing, approving, executing, and closing out work orders.
• Ability to provide offshore leadership, supervision, and oversight of contractors to ensure safe execution and quality delivery.
• Knowledge of anomaly management processes to support asset condition monitoring and engineering decision-making.
• Strong communication skills, technical maturity, and adaptability in changing operational environments.
• Capability to manage cross-functional teams and work effectively across cross-cultural environments.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking capability.
• Attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to manage priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Technical proficiency in a relevant trade, discipline, or maintenance field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of statutory and class requirements.
• Welder, fitter, fabrication, or marine trade certificate.
• Certified inspector qualification such as AICIP, API, CSWIP, or NACE.
• Engineering qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Project controls background.
