Liquid Learning is seeking an Office Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations across office admin, HR onboarding and finance tasks. Based in Barangaroo, Sydney, you will ensure the office runs smoothly, coordinate suppliers and processes, and help the team stay organised and engaged.
You will handle invoices, onboarding paperwork, contracts, and team events, with training across finance, people and operations. A proactive, detail‑oriented mindset is essential.
At Liquid Learning, we inspire the leaders of today and create the leaders of tomorrow. Through Australia's leading business events we connect C-suite executives and influential speakers to shape the future of business and government.
We are looking for a capable, proactive and high-energy Office Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our business across office operations, HR coordination and finance administration.
This is a varied and dynamic role for someone who thrives on taking ownership, working with people and keeping things organised behind the scenes.
Based in our active Barangaroo office, you will play a central role in making sure our workspace, people processes, accounts and everyday admin run smoothly.
Your days will be highly varied. From managing supplier invoices and matching customer payments, to screening applicants, preparing new starter contracts or coordinating an internal team event. No two days will be the same.
You will also take ownership of the presentation and organisation of the office. This means setting clear standards, coordinating suppliers and service providers, and working with the wider team to keep shared spaces sharp, organised and welcoming.
You will work closely with our leadership team, with training and support provided across each area of the role.
We are an ambitious, high-energy and social team that works hard, backs each other and enjoys the environment we have built.
Our Barangaroo office is made for a team that likes to stay active, connected and have some fun along the way. Between the exercise bikes, basketball, golf simulator, table tennis, Nintendo and yoga sessions, there are plenty of ways to reset during the day, with team celebrations and Friday drinks from the office tap adding to the mix.
Strong Organisation: Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage different priorities without losing track of the details.
Polished Communication: Clear written and verbal communication, with the confidence to deal professionally with candidates, employees, customers and suppliers.
Proactive Judgement: A positive attitude, professional discretion and the ability to notice what needs to be done before being asked.
Ownership: The confidence to maintain office standards, follow up with others and see tasks through to completion.
System Adaptability: Comfort working with systems, data and numbers, alongside a strong willingness to learn new processes.
Whether you are a more recent graduate or an admin professional looking for what's next, we care most about your capability, drive and attitude.
Experience in administration, accounts support, recruitment, customer service or office coordination is advantageous, but full training will be provided on our systems and processes.
