Job summary

Lets Get Support is seeking a dedicated part-time NDIS Office Manager to be the heart of our operations, delivering high-quality administrative support across NDIS, Home Care Package and DVA programs.

You will plan and coordinate admin functions, support the management team, maintain participant records, prepare reports, monitor expenditure, and liaise with participants, families, coordinators and external agencies to ensure compliant, reliable services.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the NDIS sector.
  • Understanding of SCHADS Award is advantageous.
  • Part-time role with minimum 30 hours per week.

Experience in the NDIS sector and SCHADS Award would be an advantage.

This position is a part-time with a minimum of 30 hours per week

Key responsibilities

Managing client services and coordinating NDIS Support services

Conducting audits to ensure compliance and service delivery

Analysing data to generate reports for program sustainability and viability

Communicating and cooordinating with administration team and support coordination teams to ensure support is scheduled as requested

Motivating and coaching the service team to achieve performance objectives while maintaining a high standard of service

The responsibilities of an NDIS Office Manager include:
  • Planning, organizing, and coordinating the administrative functions of the business to ensure efficient office operations and high-quality administrative support across NDIS, Home Care Package, and DVA programs.
  • Supporting the management team and improving office systems and procedures.
  • Coordinating administrative staff and ensuring compliance with organisational policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining participant records and administrative documentation in accordance with NDIS, Home Care Package, and DVA program requirements.
  • Preparing administrative and operational reports for senior management.
  • Monitoring office expenditure and assisting with budget administration.
  • Coordinating purchasing of office equipment, supplies, and external service providers.
  • Liaising professionally with participants, families, support coordinators, allied health professionals, hospitals, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinating workplace health and safety administration and office compliance requirements.
  • Supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the ongoing development of administrative systems and processes.
