Job summary

Advancedlife in Brookvale is seeking an energetic office clerk to support our daily workflow for the school photography business. The role covers pre and post photography tasks, preparing documents, data and image management, and quality assurance.

Requirements include excellent written and spoken communication, the ability to learn new software quickly, and strong attention to detail. Intermediate Excel and Word are desirable, and training will be provided.

advancedlife is a national photographic company specialising in School Photography for over 43 years. We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic person to join our team located in Brookvale.

The primary role of the office clerk is to support the business with the workflow of daily jobs focusing on and including work emanating from pre photography and post photography functions. Duties include preparing documents, working on photographic images, data and image management, and quality assurance.

We are seeking people who can work five days per week starting shortly after the 20th January for the following 6 months and who possess the following skills and experience:

Excellent written and spoken communication skills - required

Able to pick up new software quickly - required

Attention to detail and ability to follow a clearly outlined process - required

Microsoft Excel and Word - intermediate or above - desirable

Working withdatain an environment where accuracy anddataintegrity are critical

Full training will be provided to successful applicants.

This is a fast pace role where you will be working as part of an established and supportive team.
