Job summary

Frazer Tremble is seeking an experienced End User Compute & Collaboration Officer to join the IT team in a 6–12 month full-time contracting role in Melbourne. You will support, maintain, and improve the end-user computing environment across Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID and collaboration technologies.

You’ll handle Level 2/3 support, configuration, compliance, and ongoing improvements, working with vendors and stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in desktop support or end-user computing.
• Hands-on experience with Intune and Autopilot.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID/Azure AD.
• Good communication and Stakeholder collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 technical support.
• Administer Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Manage endpoint configuration, compliance and deployment.
• Support Microsoft 365 and Entra ID/Azure AD.
• Maintain collaboration and meeting room technologies.
• Oversee device lifecycle and refresh programs.
• Produce and improve technical documentation and processes.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of end-user tech environment.
