Gentari Solar Australia seeks an experienced Office Administrator on a 4‑month fixed term contract to ensure a positive and organized workplace experience. Reporting to the Head of HR & Administration, you will manage facilities, onboarding, travel bookings and team events, while supporting HR and executive teams.
The role requires prior office administration experience, a degree in HR is valued, and strong MS Office and Excel skills.

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team on a 4 month Fixed Term contract and play a pivotal role in creating a positive, organised and engaging workplace experience. Reporting to the Head of HR & Administration, this role combines office management, employee experience and administrative support, ensuring our office runs smoothly while helping employees feel welcomed, connected and supported.
Manage day-to-day office operations, facilities and workplace services.
Coordinate meeting rooms, visitor management, office supplies and workplace amenities.
Liaise with external service providers including cleaners, building management and maintenance contractors.
Support company fleet administration, including registration, CTP etc.
Support onboarding, inductions and workstation setup for new employees.
Assist with travel bookings, purchasing, corporate cards and general administration.
Coordinate team events, employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, Executive Assistant and wider business.
Previous experience in office administration, reception, workplace or office coordination role.
A degree in HR would be highly regarded.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative, proactive and customer-focused approach.
Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship required.
