Job summary

Simon Curwood Jewellers are the largest custom Jeweller in Australia. We offer premium quality, ethically sourced diamonds and a luxury experience – we strive to ensure consistency and luminosity with each carefully curated and designed individual piece.

Note: This FULL-TIME position- available at our KOTARA Head Office. Applicants must be available to work Monday – Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role.
• Ability to effectively communicate across various SCJ teams and stores.
• Ability to manage database entries and administrative support.
• Demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as a positive team member in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day administration support and general office operations.
• Effectively manage accurate data entry & record keeping.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and operational support.
• Coordinate & track domestic & international shipments.
• Provide regular updates to internal departments.
• Various other tasks as requested by management.
