Job summary

Simon Curwood Jewellers is opening a new Mackay store and seeks a FULL-TIME SALES PROFESSIONAL to join the team. You will deliver exceptional customer service, promote our luxury jewellery, and help achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining premium store presentation.

The ideal candidate has jewellery knowledge or a strong interest, excellent communication and organisational skills, and is comfortable working Weekdays, Weekends and late-night trade. Multilingual abilities are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Jewellery knowledge advantageous.
• Experience in achieving monthly sales targets and KPI’s is desirable.

• Ability to quickly build rapport with new and existing clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to drive sales and client satisfaction.
• Create and maintain attractive in-store displays and maintain high presentation standards.
• Work with Store Manager to achieve sales targets and KPI’s.
• Provide product knowledge and guidance to clients for customised jewellery options.
• Assist with opening-store activities and weekend/late-night trade commitments.

Assistant Store Manager Salary Range:$68,000 - $72,000 Base Salary (dependant on industry experience), PLUS Manager Commissions/Bonus (on average $20k), Plus Superannuation!!!

We are in search of a FULL-TIME SALES PROFESSIONAL to join our SOON TO OPEN MACKAY STORE IN CANELAND CENTRAL!

Jewellery knowledge advantageous;

Strong communication and organisation skills;

Experience in achieving monthly sales targets and KPI’s is desirable;

Ability to create exceptional in-store displays and maintain high presentation standards;

Ability to cater to the unique needs of each client whilst providing expert guidance and product knowledge;

Sound computer skills, including internet, point of sale & spreadsheets;
