Job summary

Simon Curwood Jewellers is seeking a Casual Sales Professional for our Charlestown showroom. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, guiding clients through our premium jewellery collection, and maintaining outstanding presentations across displays.

Prior jewellery knowledge is advantageous, with a focus on charm, credibility and client rapport. Ideal candidates will be outgoing, well-presented and comfortable meeting sales targets.

• Jewellery knowledge advantageous.
• Strong communication and organisation skills.
• Experience in achieving monthly sales targets and KPI’s is desirable.
• Eagerness to learn and a growth mindset.
• Ability to create exceptional in-store displays and maintain presentation standards.
• Confident and outgoing and professional appearance.
• Multi-lingual abilities are advantageous.

We are seeking applicants who possess a passion for superior jewellery and a talent for delivering exceptional customer service to our valued customers. The ideal candidates will have;

• Ability to create exceptional in-store displays and maintain high presentation standards;
• Ability to cater to the unique needs of each client whilst providing expert guidance and product knowledge;
• Sound computer skills, including internet, point of sale & spreadsheets;
• Confident and outgoing personality with an immaculate and professional appearance;
• Ability to quickly build rapport with new and existing clients;
• Multi-lingual abilities are advantageous!
