As Offender Services Manager at the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre (DPFC) in Ravenhall, you will lead a large and diverse team and influence the daily experience, rehabilitation and outcomes for women in custody. This is an executive role across therapeutic and non-therapeutic services.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience in building and leading a multidisciplinary team.
• Delivery of offender management programs/interventions in a correctional context.

Aufgaben

• Act as key point of contact for therapeutic interventions and chair weekly Case Planning Review Panel.
• Manage and coordinate non-therapeutic programs including chaplaincy, cultural, recreational, transitional, orientation, parenting and wellbeing programs.
• Coordinate interdependencies across projects and communicate risks and issues to stakeholders, including Corrections Victoria.
