Job summary

The Department of Justice and Community Safety in Victoria is seeking an Offender Services Manager at Dame Phyllis Frost Centre to lead a large, diverse team and influence services that shape daily experiences, rehabilitation and outcomes for women in custody.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across therapeutic and non‑therapeutic services, coordinate program delivery, strengthen collaboration with internal teams and external partners, and

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in building and leading a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience delivering offender management programs in a correctional context.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key point of contact for therapeutic interventions and chair weekly planning.
• Coordinate non-therapeutic programs including chaplaincy, cultural, recreational and wellbeing activities.
• Coordinate dependencies across projects and ensure deliverables and risks are communicated with Corrections Victoria.
