Job summary

Levyl Pty Ltd is partnering with a major Australian FMCG group to appoint a Talent & Organisational Development Manager. You will lead a frontline capability program, drive assessments, resource mobilisation and site readiness across multiple locations, while steering governance and momentum to implementation.

You will influence senior leaders, partner with People & Culture and site teams, and contribute to leadership development, talent reviews and broader organisational development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experienced Organisational Development professional with strong background in talent, learning and capability.
• Proven ability to deliver complex people programs across multi-site environments.
• Strong project management, governance and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated project plan with milestones, risks and reporting.
• Coordinate site assessments and readiness across multiple locations.
• Mobilise resources to support successful program delivery.
• Coordinate induction, training deployment and broader learning activities as the program progresses.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of regional training resources.
• Establish governance and provide updates to senior stakeholders.
• Partner with People & Culture, operational leaders and site teams to translate capability needs into action.
• Lead talent review processes and leadership development initiatives.
• Contribute to delivery of leadership development programs.
• Support broader organisational development, learning, and capability initiatives.
