Job summary

Slater and Gordon Lawyers is seeking an Organisational Development & Learning Design Specialist to design engaging learning experiences, leverage data, and support culture and performance initiatives across the business. You will develop eLearning resources using Articulate 360 and manage Cornerstone LMS and Culture Amp.

The role emphasizes reporting, executive communications, and stakeholder collaboration to continuously improve learning programs in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in instructional design and eLearning development.
• Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise).
• Experience administering Learning Management Systems and engagement platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.
• Exceptional PowerPoint and content creation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging eLearning, resources and programs.
• Own and administer LMS Cornerstone and the Culture Amp platform.
• Produce workforce, learning, engagement and compliance reporting.
• Create executive presentations and monthly team newsletters.
• Partner with stakeholders to support capability and culture initiatives.
• Leverage technology to continuously improve learning experiences.
