Job summary

Gorilla Jobs Pty Ltd. in Liverpool, NSW, is seeking an Occupational Therapist Team Leader to oversee a small team of 3–5 therapists and provide supervision, mentorship and high-quality client care.

You will manage a tailored mixed caseload across NDIS and private clients, collaborate with Speech Pathologists, and enjoy flexible hours with the option to work from home one day per week, plus a competitive salary and development support.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Full AHPRA registration.
• Unrestricted Australian working rights.
• Minimum 2 years postgraduate experience.
• Experience providing supervision.
• WWCC or ability to obtain one.

Role Overview:

• Lead a Team: Oversee and support a team of 3-5 Occupational Therapists, providing clinical supervision, conducting performance appraisals, and fostering professional development
• Manage a Tailored Caseload: Maintain a reduced caseload focused on your preferred specialty areas
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside a diverse team, including Speech Pathologists, to deliver comprehensive client care
• Serve Diverse Clients: Provide services to both NDIS and private clients, with a focus on fine and gross motor skills, social skills, sensory processing, and sensory integration
• Flexible Work Model: Enjoy both clinic-based work and the option to work from home

What you will need:

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Full AHPRA registration
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
• Previous experience providing supervision
