Job summary

Framework Search & Select is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join their therapy team in Sydney. The role offers a flexible work arrangement, with opportunities for school hours, part-time options, and work-from-home elements within a multidisciplinary setting.

You will assess and provide therapy services to clients with complex needs across home, school, and clinic environments, collaborating with families and professionals to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Experience working within the disability sector.
• Experience working with paediatrics (desirable).
• Current National Police Clearance & Working with Children Check.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Access to own vehicle and a clean driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services and assessments to clients in preferred environments and clinic space.
• Caseload of your choice across early intervention, school age, or adult clients.
• Work in various settings (home, school, etc.) in collaboration with families and stakeholders.
• Provide educational resources to families and ongoing client progress evaluation.
• Ongoing supervision and professional development with regular internal training.
• Supportive admin framework and calendar control to manage your schedule.

Key Selection Criteria
