Job summary

Hanrahan Health is seeking a Team Leader to guide a clinical team toward the organisation's vision and values, inspiring growth in clinicians and delivering outcomes for clients.

You will conduct quality supervision sessions, support recruitment, and foster a positive culture across multidisciplinary settings, including clinics, hospitals, and homes. A degree-qualified OT with AHPRA registration is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in positively leading other clinicians in the ongoing development of their clinical skills
• Considerable experience as a clinician providing therapy in a range of settings ideally
• Enthusiasm to work within a multidisciplinary team environment
• Own vehicle and current full driver licence
• Degree qualified Occupational Therapist
• Current full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Responsibilities

• Assist management with recruiting new clinicians who embody the organisation's values
• Facilitate and continually review our new staff induction program to maximise it's effectiveness
• Foster and maintain the positive team culture
• Conduct regular reviews of each team member's performance
• Ensure quality assurance is maintained across all documentation
• Managing site issues related to Workplace health and safety, space allocations and resources
• Seeking and capturing feedback from clients
