Job summary

Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment – Sydney NSW is seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to step into a Team Lead role. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team of around 5 clinicians, provide day-to-day supervision, and support onboarding, quality and productivity.

The role is permanent full-time with delivery across clinic, home, schools and telepractice. You will assess and intervene using evidence-based practice, work toward service standards and waitlist management, and

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapy qualification and current AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 3 years’ OT experience with strong clinical skills.
• Leadership capability (experience preferred but not essential).
• Ability to work to agreed goals, metrics and service standards.
• Driver’s licence and access to a car.
• Experience with NDIS is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of approximately 5 clinicians with day-to-day guidance and onboarding.

• Manage waitlists, respond to client feedback and partner with stakeholders to improve service delivery.

The role
As an Occupational Therapist – Team Lead, you’ll provide evidence-based assessment and intervention, supporting clients and families to achieve meaningful goals. You’ll work within a person- and family-centred framework and deliver services in clinic, at home, in schools, or via telepractice.

You’ll also lead a multidisciplinary team of approximately 5 clinicians, providing day-to-day guidance, clinical supervision, and support with onboarding, quality, and productivity. You’ll contribute to waitlist management, respond to client feedback, and partner with stakeholders to continuously improve service delivery.

Requirements

Occupational Therapy qualification and current AHPRA registration
