Job summary

Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment PTY currently seeks an Occupational Therapist - Team Lead to guide a small allied health team and deliver high-impact services across clinic, home and community settings.

You will provide hands-on clinical work while supervising approximately 5 clinicians, shaping service quality, onboarding, and productivity. A focus on outcomes within a person-and-family-centred framework is essential.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapy qualification and current AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 3 years’ OT experience with strong clinical skills.
• Leadership capability (experience preferred).
• Ability to work to agreed goals, metrics and service standards.
• Driver’s licence and access to a car.
• Experience with NDIS and/or sensory disability is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of approximately 5 clinicians with day-to-day guidance and supervision.
• Provide evidence-based assessment and intervention for clients in clinic, home, schools and telepractice.
• Contribute to onboarding, quality, and productivity improvements.
• Assist with waitlist management and respond to client feedback.

The role

As an Occupational Therapist - Team Lead, you'll provide evidence-based assessment and intervention, supporting clients and families to achieve meaningful goals. You'll work within a person-and family-centred framework and deliver services in clinic, at home, in schools, or via telepractice.

You'll also lead a multidisciplinary team of approximately 5 clinicians, providing day-to-day guidance, clinical supervision, and support with onboarding, quality, and productivity. You'll contribute to waitlist management, respond to client feedback, and partner with stakeholders to continuously improve service delivery.
