Job summary

Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment – Liverpool NSW is seeking an Occupational Therapist to lead a small team and deliver high‑impact services across clinic, home and community settings. You will combine hands‑on clinical work with leadership to shape service quality and client outcomes.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team of about 5 clinicians, provide day‑to‑day guidance, clinical supervision and onboarding support while contributing to waitlist management and continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapy qualification and current AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 3 years’ OT experience with strong clinical skills.
• Leadership capability with experience preferred.

The roleAs an Occupational Therapist – Team Lead, you’ll provide evidence-based assessment and intervention, supporting clients and families to achieve meaningful goals. You’ll work within a person- and family-centred framework and deliver services in clinic, at home, in schools, or via telepractice.

You’ll also lead a multidisciplinary team of approximately 5 clinicians, providing day-to-day guidance, clinical supervision, and support with onboarding, quality, and productivity. You’ll contribute to waitlist management, respond to client feedback, and partner with stakeholders to continuously improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Occupational Therapy qualification and current AHPRA registration
• Minimum 3 years’ OT experience with strong clinical skills
• Leadership capability (experience preferred)
• Ability to work to agreed goals, metrics and service standards
• Driver’s licence and access to a car
• Experience with NDIS and/or sensory disability is desirable
