Job summary

Ability Action Australia is seeking an Occupational Therapist to lead the Penrith team of clinicians across Western Sydney. You will drive high-quality outcomes, mentor graduates and early-career therapists, and oversee scheduling, referrals and workflow optimization.

You will manage a reduced caseload while delivering timely, high-quality therapy. The role offers strong support, ongoing professional development and clear pathways for career growth within Ability Action Australia and MedHealth.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Practising Membership with AHPRA.
• Strong leadership and supervision experience.
• Experience delivering high-quality services within the disability sector.
