Job summary

Pinnacle Rehab is looking for a New Graduate or experienced Occupational Therapist to support effective return-to-work plans and clinical reasoning development. You’ll engage in a structured induction with shadowing, remote learning, and weekly team meetings to foster growth.

You will manage a client portfolio, conduct ADL assessments, and visit workplaces to evaluate duties and safe modifications while recovering. This role offers ongoing support and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• General Registration with AHPRA
• Tertiary degree in Occupational Therapy
• Car and valid Driver’s license
• Police check or willingness to obtain a police check prior to commencement
• Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients with a physical injury providing return-to-work services
• One-off ADL assessments and making recommendations
• Complete initial assessments to understand injury, recovery timeframes and return-to-work goals
• Visiting workplaces to assess environment and duties within the role
• Providing support through recommendations for community assistance or insurer
• Working within a multi-disciplinary team to support recovery of an injured worker
• Document case notes for reporting and compliance requirements
