Job summary

Recovery Station is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to support adult clients in home visits, group homes and clinics across the Central Coast. You’ll assess needs, plan interventions and coordinate equipment and home modifications.

We offer flexible start/finish times, options for full-time or part-time work, hybrid office/telehealth, personalised CPD plans and admin support to help you balance client load with professional development.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration.
• Driver's license with use of own vehicle.
• You are passionate about working with adolescent and adult clients.
• Clinical leadership pathways available.
• New Grads are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Serve predominantly adult NDIs & DVA caseload (12+) with home visits.
• Assess, plan, and provide home adaptations and assistive tech.
• Document initial assessments, falls risk, and ADLs.
• Collaborate with MDT for holistic care.
• Balance clinic and telehealth sessions with admin duties.
