Henderson Healthcare in NSW is seeking an Occupational Therapist to contribute to clinic and community-based rehabilitation, injury management, and return-to-work services. The role focuses on improving functional capacity and delivering evidence-based care across diverse settings.

You will join a collaborative team, handle assessments, develop treatment plans, and support clients toward meaningful health outcomes with clear KPIs and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current AHPRA Registration (essential).
• Experience in rehabilitation, workers' compensation, CTP or injury management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitation across clinic and community settings.
• Conduct functional capacity assessments and workplace assessments.
• Develop return-to-work planning and activity modification strategies.
• Support clients to achieve sustainable health outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to meet KPI targets.

The Opportunity:

Working across both clinic and community settings, you'll support individuals with injury rehabilitation, functional capacity assessments, workplace assessments, return-to-work planning, activity modification, and achieving sustainable health outcomes.
