Job summary

Henderson Healthcare is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our NSW clinic and community teams. You will support injury rehabilitation, conduct functional capacity and workplace assessments, and create effective return-to-work plans with a focus on measurable outcomes.

You’ll work across clinic, workplace, and community settings in a strong multidisciplinary environment. Applicants must have a degree in Occupational Therapy, current AHPRA registration, and a valid driver’s licence.

Qualifications

• Must have an Occupational Therapy degree and AHPRA registration.
• Experience in rehabilitation, injury management or workers’ compensation is valued.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Valid driver’s licence required.

Responsibilities

• Support injury rehabilitation across clinic and community settings.
• Conduct functional capacity evaluations and workplace assessments.
• Develop and monitor return-to-work plans and activity modifications.

The Opportunity:

Working across both clinic and community settings, you'll support individuals with injury rehabilitation, functional capacity assessments, workplace assessments, return-to-work planning, activity modification, and achieving sustainable health outcomes.

About You:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current AHPRA Registration (essential)
• Rehabilitation, Occupational Rehabilitation, Workers Compensation, CTP, Employment Services, or Injury Management experience highly regarded
