Job summary

Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a dynamic, multidisciplinary allied health team focused on neuro-rehabilitation. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with physiotherapists and speech therapists to improve clients’ independence.

Qualifications

• Registration with AHPRA is required.
• Experience in multidisciplinary allied health settings, preferably rehabilitation or community care.
• Strong clinical reasoning, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ physical, cognitive, and functional needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to help clients achieve rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physiotherapists and speech therapists.
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions as needed, and educate clients and their families to foster independence.

The role:
