Gorilla Jobs in Queensland is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a dynamic team delivering paediatric and community-based therapy for clients aged 0–23 years.

You’ll conduct assessments, design evidence-based plans, and document progress while benefiting from a 60% clinic / 40% community split, a generous PD allowance, and an experienced leadership group dedicated to mentorship and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• AHPRA registration
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Drivers licence and own vehicle

Responsibilities

• See clients aged 0–23 years with neurodiverse and/or physical diagnoses in clinic and home/school settings.
• Conduct initial assessments using provided templates and design and implement evidence-based therapy plans.
• Document progress via NDIS reports (when required) and progress notes.

• Salaries starting at $85,000 - $105,000 + Super + Benefits
• Paediatric - Young adult caseload, based 70% in clinic and 30% in the community
• $2000 Professional development allowance + 7 days paid PD leave + option to recieve supervision fortnightly or monthly

What you will be doing:

You will see clients ages 0-23 years providing with neurodiverse and or/ physical diagnoses in clinic and home/ school settings. You will conduct initial assessments using provided templates, design and implement an evidence based therapy plan, and document each clients progress via NDIS reports (when required) and progress notes.
