Transform Life Pty in Australia is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our national allied health team. You will deliver evidence-based OT assessments and ongoing therapy to NDIS participants, complete standardised assessments, therapy plans and NDIS reports in a flexible, home-based setting.
Workload is shaped by your preferred age groups, with travel typically within a 30-minute radius, telehealth as needed, and a supportive multidisciplinary team.
We’re a national allied health team of 130+ people, built around a remote, community-based model.
Our clinicians see clients in homes or schools and manage the rest of their work from home. We stay connected every day through MS Teams and in person through coffee catch-ups, team dinners and the occasional breakfasts along the way.
We’re looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join us. With a multidisciplinary team on the ground across Tasmania, we’ve built a solid local presence and reputation with clients and stakeholders.
For us, flexibility means giving good clinicians room to structure their work sensibly. That could mean clustering face-to-face appointments across two days and using your third day at home for reports, admin or telehealth.
It could mean working from home in the morning and seeing clients that afternoon — or the reverse. It might mean school drop-off, an earlier finish, or carving out time for your child’s sports day event.
And sometimes it’s the smaller things: having your coffee at home, putting a load of washing on between reports, or getting dinner started before everyone gets home.
Not every arrangement will be realistic, but if work-life balance matters to you, it’s worth a conversation.
If you’re looking for more control over your week and more space to get on with your job, it’s worth a conversation.
