Ability Action Australia is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our Hobart clinic. The successful candidate will manage both clinic-based and mobile caseloads, assessing and delivering evidence-based OT interventions to NDIS participants.

Your role

• Manage a clinic‑based and mobile caseload across Hobart and surrounding areas
• Assess, plan and deliver evidence‑based OT interventions
• Recommend home modifications and assistive tech to boost independence
• Support participants to get the most out of daily life – and bring warmth and humour when appropriate

Who we’re looking for

• AHPRA‑registered Occupational Therapist
• 2+ years’ experience minimum (community/NDIS experience desirable)
• Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for disability supports and improving participant outcomes
