Be Positive Therapy is hiring Occupational Therapists for Melbourne, Victoria and Tasmania, with opportunities for graduates in 2027 and experienced clinicians. Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility for registration for 2027 graduates).
• Occupational Therapy qualification as required.

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Work with NDIS, aged care and community rehabilitation caseloads.
• Conduct FCAs and assistive technology assessments.
• Provide home environment assessments and home modification recommendations.
• Deliver capacity building interventions and goal-focused therapy.
• Perform clinical documentation and write reports.
• Collaborate with participants, families and stakeholders.

About the Role

Work across a diverse community-based caseload supporting clients through:

• NDIS
• Aged Care
• Community Rehabilitation

Responsibilities may include:

• Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs)
• Assistive Technology assessments and recommendations
• Home environment assessments
• Home modification recommendations
• Capacity building interventions
• Goal focused therapy
• Clinical documentation and report writing
• Collaboration with participants, families and stakeholders

Graduate clinicians will receive structured support, mentoring and supervision, while experienced clinicians will have opportunities to further develop their clinical expertise and areas of special interest.
