Each is seeking an experienced Early Years Specialist to join our allied health team. You will deliver supports with families, tailor options using assessments and child development knowledge, and coach families and professionals to build skills for daily life.

This role offers hybrid work, full-time or four-days-per-week, travel to Camden, Campbelltown, Wollondilly and Wingecarribee. Competitive pay around AU$85k negotiable plus salary packaging up to AU$18,550; no billable hours and strong

• Proven ability to work with families and children with developmental needs.
• Knowledge of the NDIS Early Childhood Approach and related best practices.
• Ability to partner with families to implement home-based and community supports.

Job Description

Your role, your impact

Looking for a rewarding career in early childhood intervention? Each needs an experienced Early Years Specialist to join our diverse team of Allied Health professionals, Social Workers, and Inclusive Education specialists. In this role, you'll:

• Deliver supports, in partnership with families, to help them achieve their goals, using evidence informed best practice.
• Use assessments, observations, and your understanding of child development to tailor support options that fit each child and family.
• Empower families, caregivers, and professionals, helping them build skills and confidence to support children in their everyday lives using your coaching skills.
• Connect children and families with their community to ensure they are included and can participate in the settings and activities they choose.
• keep thorough records of conversations, developmental progress, and goals, in the NDIA business system.
• Guide families through the application, implementation, and funding processes of NDIS plans.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• A tertiary qualification in Allied Health
• Expert knowledge in child development and the ability to identify developmental issues.
• Proven track record supporting families and children with developmental delays/disabilities, including the implementation of effective strategies for families to practice at home and other settings.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the NDIS Early Childhood Approach and early childhood intervention best practice principles and the National Disability Insurance Scheme

• Flexible working – Work fulltime or part time 4 days a week. After full training and caseload, the opportunity to work from home, in the community and agreed days in the office will be offered.
