Job summary

Healthcarelink Support is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a growing multidisciplinary, community-based team in Melbourne. The role supports clients aged 0–65 years to build independence and everyday living skills across home, school, and community settings.

We welcome new graduates and experienced clinicians, offering flexible employment options, travel allowances, weekly supervision, and dedicated professional development pathways within a national OT network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current registration with AHPRA
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Current driver’s licence
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while managing workload independently

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional assessments and develop evidence-based intervention plans
• Deliver occupational therapy services across home, school and community environments
• Prepare comprehensive reports and clinical documentation with work-from-home administration time
• Collaborate with Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists and Behaviour Support Practitioners
• Build positive relationships with clients, families, carers and support networks
• Participate in regular clinical supervision, mentoring and professional development activities
• Manage caseload with autonomy while working toward meaningful client outcomes
• Develop a caseload aligned with clinical interests and career goals
