Healthcarelink Support is hiring an Occupational Therapist to support Melbourne's northern and western suburbs with a flexible, community-focused caseload. You’ll work across home visits, clinics and telehealth, delivering client-centred therapy and detailed assessments.

You’ll join an empathetic team with clinical supervision, professional development and a healthy work/life balance, allowing you to tailor your caseload and schedule around patient needs and personal wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Qualified Occupational Therapist with at least 3 years of clinical experience.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Experience managing a community-based caseload.
• Strong assessment, clinical reasoning and report-writing skills.
• Passionate about delivering neuro-affirming, strengths-based and client-centred care.
• Confident working independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Check, or willingness to obtain them.

Responsabilités

• Manage a varied community-based caseload across Melbourne’s northern and western suburbs via home visits, community appointments and telehealth.
• Deliver client-centred occupational therapy services, complete assessments and reports, and collaborate with families, carers and other healthcare professionals.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team and maintain autonomy while seeking guidance when needed.
