Healthcarelink Support in Penrith, NSW is seeking an occupational therapist at an early career or experienced level to join a multidisciplinary team. You will work with clients aged 0–65 years to build independence in home, school and community settings.

The role offers flexible full-time or part-time hours, work-from-home administration time, weekly supervision and ongoing professional development within a national OT network.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current registration with AHPRA
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• A genuine passion for helping people improve independence

Mansioni

• Conduct functional assessments and develop evidence-based intervention plans
• Deliver occupational therapy services across home, school and community environments
• Prepare reports and clinical documentation with work-from-home administration time
• Collaborate with Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists and Behaviour Support Practitioners
• Build relationships with clients, families, carers and support networks
• Participate in regular clinical supervision, mentoring and professional development activities
• Manage your caseload with autonomy while working towards meaningful client outcomes
• Develop a caseload aligned with your clinical interests, experience and career goals
