McArthur in Australia is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to deliver home-based, restorative and reablement services under a hybrid model. You’ll assess clients in their homes, recommend assistive technology and home modifications, and prepare funding documentation.

Requirements include a degree in Occupational Therapy, current AHPRA registration, 3+ years in community aged care, a valid driver’s licence, and excellent communication and report-writing skills.

Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping older Australians maintain their independence, safety and quality of life at home?

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our growing community aged care team, delivering high-quality, person-centred services across Melbourne's Northern and Western metropolitan regions. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference through restorative care, reablement, assistive technology and home modification programs. Based on a flexible hybrid work model, you'll split your time between our Brunswick office, working from home, and visiting clients in their homes.

What's on Offer?

• $88,000 salary + 12% Super (pro-rata)
• $8,000 Motor Vehicle Allowance
• 5 weeks annual leave
• Hybrid work model: Brunswick office, work from home & community visits
• Support clients across Melbourne's Northern & Western suburbs
• Weekly training and team meetings
• 4-day week (must work Tuesdays, other days flexible)
