Job summary

BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Sunshine-based home care team, delivering services to older Australians in the western suburbs. You will conduct assessments and provide restorative, evidence-based interventions to help clients live independently at home.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration.
• Demonstrated ability to assess and deliver individualised occupational therapy programs for aged care clients in a community setting.
• Postgraduate experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or community settings.

• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs.
• Support older people to maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence to continue living safely at home.

BaptistCare is one of Australia’s largest home care providers and a leader in service quality and innovation. We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in the Western suburbs - Sunshine, Essendon, Maribyrnong.

You will deliver evidence-based occupational therapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs, with a focus on reablement and restorative care. Your work will support older people to maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence, enabling them to continue living safely at home.
