Job summary

Healthcarelink Support in Penrith, NSW is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist for a caseload management role with no face-to-face client interaction. You will oversee therapy delivery, review documentation, and coordinate care plans behind the scenes.

The position offers flexible full-time or part-time options, supports professional development, and a collaborative multidisciplinary team culture. AHPRA-registered OT with a year of experience in community or aged-care settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Minimum 1 year experience in caseload or community OT settings.
• Excellent clinical reasoning and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Proficiency in electronic case management and clinical documentation systems.
• Current Police Check, Working With Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Access to a vehicle and valid driver’s licence (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate a caseload of aged care and NDIS clients.
• Review assessment reports, monitor therapy plans, and ensure clinical compliance.
• Provide support to field therapists, including documentation review and care recommendations.
• Liaise with families, coordinators, and other health professionals to support client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality assurance processes.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinical discussions.
• Ensure all services align with NDIS and aged care standards and guidelines.
