Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
• Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA.
• National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types.
• Perform SIL assessments, sensory assessments, AT assessments, home modifications assessments, functional daily living skills assessments, and environmental risk assessments.
• Deliver skill-building and ongoing therapy across environments including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community, and clinics.
