BaptistCare NSW/ACT - Aged Care in Canberra is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (PT or FT) to join our growing home care team. You will deliver evidence-based assessments and interventions to support independence and wellbeing for older Australians under aged care funding programs, with a focus on reablement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration.
• Demonstrated ability to assess OT needs and develop programs for aged care clients in the community.
• Post graduate experience in aged care services including rehabilitation and community settings.
• Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models.
• Confident working independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated computer literacy.
• Alignment with BaptistCare’s values and mission.
• Current first aid certificate or willingness to obtain.
• Unrestricted driver’s licence with vehicle and insurance.

Responsabilités

• Deliver evidence-based OT assessments and interventions to support independence at home.
