Job summary

Bundle of Care (Absolute Therapy Supports Pty Ltd) is seeking an Occupational Therapist to work with participants of all ages. You can choose to work in-centre (Yagoona), mobile, or from home with flexible hours and no minimum KPI's.

The role offers 75% billing for all hours and a supportive multidisciplinary team for supervision as needed. Current AHPRA registration and a Working with Children check are required; you will conduct assessments, provide therapies, and contribute to NDIs, with

• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Working with children check.
• Experience providing therapy to participants with disabilities (pediatric/adolescent).

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions for participants with disabilities across the lifespan (pediatric and adolescent).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
• Conduct assessments and prepare reports for NDIs.

This provides you with the flexibility needed so that you can focus more on your professional growth in a manner which suits you best . No minimum KPI's, no burnout! It's your choice as to how many days and hours you'd like to work - you just let us know and we'll arrange your referrals.

Our workload is always varied with mixtures of mobile and telehealth referrals

We have an awesome OT team, and supervision can be provided if needed, as well as a multidisciplinary team including speechies, Behaviour practitioners, Support workers and more

75% billing for all your hours, including pay for travel

No need for time consuming billing/invoicing processes, we have a software to automate all of it

Pay is fortnightly and you are paid your owed amount regardless of whether a participant has run out of funding or not, if you've done the work, you'll get your pay!

About The Role:
