Job summary

Absolute Therapy Supports in Campbelltown NSW is seeking a Speech Pathologist/Therapist to join our Bundle of Care team. You’ll enjoy flexible scheduling, choose between in-centre (Yagoona), mobile, or telehealth work, and build a Campbelltown-region heavy caseload to minimise travel.

There are no minimum KPIs and you decide how many days and hours to work; supervision is available, and you’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including OTs, behaviour practitioners and support workers.

Qualifications

• Current SPA registration is required.
• Working with Children Check (WWCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions for participants with disabilities across the lifespan.
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team for holistic care.
• Conduct assessments and reports for participants on the NDIS.

This provides you with the flexibility needed so that you can focus more on your professional growth in a manner which suits you best . You can also choose to mix your workload between in-centre (based in Yagoona), mobile and from home. We are ideally looking for candidates who are able to focus on a Campbelltown-region heavy caseload so as to minimise your travel time and avoid you needing to travel to other regions. Our workload is always varied with mixtures of mobile and telehealth referrals

We have an awesome speech team under our senior speechie team leader Nadia. Supervision can be provided if needed, as well as a multidisciplinary team including OT's, Behaviour practitioners, Support workers and more

75% billing for all your hours, including pay for travel

No need for time consuming billing/invoicing processes, we have a software to automate all of it

Pay is fortnightly and you are paid your owed amount regardless of whether a participant has run out of funding or not, if you've done the work, you'll get your pay!

About The Role:
