Henderson Healthcare is partnering with a leading workplace rehabilitation provider to recruit Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists across NSW and the ACT.

About the Role You'll support individuals recovering from work-related and non-work-related injuries or illnesses, helping them improve their independence, return to everyday activities and achieve sustainable return-to-work outcomes. Working with clients, employers, insurers and healthcare professionals, you'll develop tailored rehabilitation strategies and make a meaningful difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct rehabilitation, functional capacity, workplace, ergonomic and activities of daily living assessments, as appropriate to your clinical expertise.
• Develop individualised rehabilitation plans to support recovery and return-to-work goals.
• Assist clients in identifying suitable employment and training opportunities.

About You To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• A recognised tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• A genuine passion for rehabilitation and client-centred care.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to manage your workload independently while working collaboratively within a team.
• A willingness to learn and develop professionally.
