ORS Group is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to transform lives through person-centred allied health services in the NDIS space. Join a large team of 110+ OT colleagues and work with adults across a range of diagnoses and disability types.

You will perform SIL, sensory, AT, home modifications, and daily living skills assessments, with opportunities for career progression and flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance.

• Work with participants in various environments including family homes, group homes, day programs, schools, community, and ORS clinics.

If you are a passionate Occupational Therapist who wants to help transform lives through excellence and person-centred NDIS allied health services then you love working at ORS.

Due to ORS' continued growth, the Occupational Therapy team is in need of our next superstar to join the team!

You will get to work alongside 110+ other dedicated Occupational Therapists in our NDIS division performing clinical services to participants predominantly in the Adult age group with various diagnoses and disability types. More importantly you will also get to work with an amazing group of clients, playing an integral part in their personal growth and development.

The types of assessments and interventions that you will complete include:

• Supported Independent Living (SIL) Assessments
• Sensory Assessments
• Assistive Technology (AT) Assessments
• Home Modifications Assessments (including complex)
• Functional Daily Living Skills Assessments
• Skill building and ongoing therapy

You will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community, and/or ORS clinics.

A few requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
• Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA
• A car and licence
• A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to get one for a client facing role (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
