Job summary

The ORS Group is seeking Occupational Therapists to contribute across a range of assessments and interventions, including SIL, sensory, AT, home modifications, daily living skills, and environmental risk assessments. You will work in family homes, disability group homes, schools, day programs, community settings and ORS clinics.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
• Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA.
• National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain) for client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Complete Supported Independent Living (SIL) Assessments.
• Complete Sensory Assessments.
• Complete Assistive Technology (AT) Assessments.
• Complete Home Modifications Assessments (including complex).
• Complete Functional Daily Living Skills Assessments.
• Complete Environmental Risk Assessments.
• Provide skill building and ongoing therapy.

You will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community, and/or ORS clinics.

A few requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
• Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA
• A car and licence
• A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to get one for a client facing role (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
