ProHealth RX in Redcliffe is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary clinic. You’ll manage your own adult caseload across private, NDIS, DVA, and aged care clients, with clinic and community work and the option to work from home for reports.
We offer a supportive team, structured supervision, and clear pathways from Practitioner to Senior Practitioner and leadership roles.
The team you work with shapes everything: how you feel on a Monday, how you handle a tricky case, and how fast you grow.
At ProHealth Rx, we know you can't give your best to clients if you're running on empty. So we've built a team that has your back: experienced OT's and exercise physiologists who share knowledge freely, step in when things get busy, and want to see you grow.
We're a multidisciplinary exercise physiology and occupational therapy clinic in Redcliffe, supporting adolescents and adults from Brisbane to Moreton Bay. Our OT team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced OT to join us. You'll have autonomy over your own caseload and a team behind you whenever you need one.
A caseload you can sustain. You'll have 5–6 billable hours a day, so there's room to do good work, write good reports and still have a life outside of work.
Reports from home. You can complete reports and admin from home, away from the noise of clinic days.
Admin support. Our admin team keeps things running so your time goes to your clients.
Supervision and case support. You'll get structured supervision with a senior OT. Day to day, there's always someone to talk a case through with, whether that's an OT or one of our exercise physiologists.
Room to grow. We've mapped out a clear OT pathway from Practitioner to Senior Practitioner, into Team Lead, Clinical Lead and Performance Lead roles. When you're ready for the next step, you'll know what it looks like and we'll help you get there.
Pay that reflects your experience. $90,000–$120,000 + super, plus a $1,000 annual PD allowance and a travel allowance.
Your adult caseload covers private, NDIS, DVA and Aged Care clients, seen in clinic, at home and in the community. You'll:
complete Functional Capacity Assessments
assess and prescribe assistive technology
recommend home and minor modifications
help clients build daily living skills, independence and community participation
work alongside our exercise physiologists on shared clients
help shape our clinical frameworks as the team grows
You’ll have personal access to our gym, lap and hydrotherapy pools, and Reformer Pilates classes in our ProPilates studio. You can schedule flexibly across clinic and community, and the start date is flexible for the right person.
Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy, with current AHPRA registration
Experience with adult NDIS participants, and confidence managing your own caseload
NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
Driver's licence and access to a vehicle
You're someone who enjoys being part of a team. You communicate well with clients, families and support coordinators, take ownership of your clinical work, and want to keep learning.
