Job summary

MMT Recruitment is seeking an Experienced Occupational Therapist or New Grad for Mornington Peninsula hubs (Frankston, Mornington & Dromana). You will deliver strengths-based therapy to children and young people across clinic, schools, homes and community settings, with a focus on family collaboration and meaningful outcomes.

You’ll have the chance to expand clinical skills, contribute to new programs and design your week across hub, community and schools, with flexible working patterns and

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy.
• Registered with AHPRA.
• Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-informed, strengths-based support to children and young adults.
• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions.
• Work across clinic, schools and kindergartens, client homes, and community settings.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support meaningful outcomes.
• Expand and develop your clinical skills.
• Be involved in the innovation and development of new programs to meet community needs.
• Caseload will be designed to match experience level and interests.
