This is an opportunity to join an established paediatric Speech Pathology practice with an existing client base and strong referral pathways. You'll work alongside our Speech Pathology team while helping us establish Occupational Therapy services within the practice.

At Bloom Speech Pathology & Co, we're all about creating a workplace that feels good and fits in with your life.
Our clinic director is an experienced Speech Pathologist who has built this clinic with clinicians in mind. Bloom has been thoughtfully designed to support great therapy while making your workday enjoyable.
As our first Occupational Therapist, we know you may be wondering what support you'll have. While you'll be the first OT in the practice, you won't be expected to figure everything out on your own. We'll provide regular supervision, external Occupational Therapy-specific supervision and plenty of opportunities to collaborate with our Speech Pathology team.
Our large therapy rooms are filled with natural light and provide plenty of space for movement, floor play and collaborative therapy.
We know how valuable movement and regulation can be during therapy, and we'd love to hear your ideas about what else we could add to our space.

At Bloom, we believe regulation and connection aren't the responsibility of one profession alone.
Our Speech Pathologists have a strong understanding of sensory regulation and regularly incorporate sensory-informed, neurodiversity-affirming approaches into therapy. We understand that communication, participation and learning are closely linked to regulation.
We're excited to welcome an Occupational Therapist who can strengthen this knowledge, share their expertise and work alongside us.
We value evidence-based practice and lifelong learning.
Regular case discussions, collaboration and professional development help us continue growing as clinicians.
Our approach is relationship-based, strengths-focused and neurodiversity-affirming.
We value working alongside children and families in ways that respect individual differences and support meaningful participation.
We're a small team that enjoys working together.
We ask questions, share resources, celebrate wins and support each other through the trickier sessions.
Our goal is simple: to create a workplace where people enjoy coming to work.
Located in the heart of Footscray, our clinic is within walking distance of Footscray Station, Middle Footscray Station, Tram 82 and several bus routes.
