KidsPT is an NDIS-registered paediatric allied health team providing Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Speech Pathology to children, parents/carers, service providers and the wider community.
Our mission: at KidsPT, we believe every child deserves to feel safe, included, and celebrated for who they are. Through affirming, evidence-based support, we help build the connections, skills and confidence that provide a strong foundation for growth and development for children, their families, and the wider community. Our vision is a community where every child experiences belonging, access, and participation with meaningful opportunities for play, connection, and growth.
Reporting to the Director and working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary leadership team, you’ll combine your role as a Paediatric Occupational Therapist with developing and expanding the growing of our four pillars of services.
You’ll deliver high-quality, affirming, person- and family-centred therapy to children and young people with developmental delay, neurodevelopmental conditions or other areas of developmental and functional need. Alongside your clinical caseload, you’ll support team members through supervision, mentoring, collaboration and professional development, while contributing to the growth and delivery of KidsPT’s four pillars: THERAPY, CONNECT, PRESENT and PRODUCTS.
This is an opportunity for an experienced clinician who enjoys supporting others, developing new ideas and contributing to a growing organisation. You’ll have the opportunity to influence how we work, support our team and help develop services that make a meaningful difference to children, families and the wider community.
To be successful in this role, you will be a Paediatric Occupational Therapist who is passionate about supporting children and families and committed to helping others thrive. You’ll enjoy combining clinical practice and service development.
You will be someone who values collaboration, brings initiative and curiosity to your work, and enjoys turning ideas into practical opportunities that benefit children, families and the wider community.
You’ll be confident supporting colleagues, building relationships and contributing to the direction of a growing organisation. You will also be comfortable working autonomously, thinking creatively and collaborating with others to develop services that reflect KidsPT’s values and vision.
We are looking for someone who is excited by the opportunity to contribute beyond their individual clinical caseload and help develop a connected, sustainable and innovative paediatric allied health service.
