Job summary

Learn & Grow Therapy, a family-run paediatric allied health practice in Brisbane, is expanding its OT team to deepen clinical skills and shape the service for families on the northside and inner city. The role offers mentoring, collaboration with a multidisciplinary group, and opportunities to develop programs and resources.

You will work across clinic, mobile, telehealth, and community settings with a supportive team focused on growth, autonomy, and improving outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of pediatric OT experience.
• Interest in neurodiversity-affirming, family-centred practice.
• Willingness to mentor and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric OT services across clinic, mobile, telehealth and community settings.
• Coach parents/caregivers to apply strategies at home.
• Learn and grow alongside other OTs and Speech Pathologists through mentoring and joint sessions.
• Contribute to developing and improving the OT service and resources.

Learn & Grow Therapy is a family-run paediatric allied health practice that has been part of Brisbane's northside and inner city community for over a decade. We have a multidisciplinary team of 20+ therapists spread across two clinic locations in Brisbane. Our OT service is a team of five and growing, and we're looking for someone who wants to help shape what it becomes next.

You'll spend your weeks

Working with children and families across clinic, mobile, telehealth and community settings, building mastery in your caseload with the backing of an experienced OT team and an intentional growth plan we shape together

Coaching parents and caregivers so strategies travel home and become part of everyday life

Learning alongside OTs and Speech Pathologists through mentoring, peer supervision and joint sessions, so you're never figuring out a tricky case on your own

Helping build a growing OT service, whether that's developing a new group program, refining how we approach sensory and regulation support, creating resources, or bringing an idea to the table that nobody else has thought of yet

You'll fit here if

You have at least 12 months of OT experience (paediatric experience is great but not essential)

You hold AHPRA registration and a valid Blue Card, or are happy to obtain one

You're curious about neurodiversity-affirming, family-centred practice and want to keep deepening it

You enjoy getting better at your craft and like doing that alongside other people

You're excited by the idea of contributing beyond your caseload as you grow
